Missing Mobile App Purchases

At Elimusoko, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our learners. If you’ve made a purchase through the mobile app and are unable to access your course or see your purchase, here’s what to do:

1. Check Your Purchase Confirmation

  • Ensure you received a purchase confirmation email.
  • Verify that the payment method used for the transaction has been charged.

2. Refresh Your App

  • Log out of the Elimusoko app and log back in.
  • Ensure you’re using the same account that made the purchase.
  • Go to My Courses to check if your purchase appears.

3. Verify Your App Store Account

  • For Android Users: Ensure the purchase was made using the same Google Play account linked to the app.
  • For iOS Users: Verify that the purchase was made using the same Apple ID linked to the app.

4. Restore Purchases

If your course doesn’t appear:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Restore Purchases to sync your account.

5. Contact Support

If the issue persists, contact the Elimusoko support team for assistance. Provide the following details:

  • Email Address: Linked to your Elimusoko account.
  • Transaction Receipt: Screenshot or reference number from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Course Name: The course you purchased.
  • Contact Us:

Important Notes

  • Purchases made through the mobile app are tied to the app store account used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests for mobile purchases must be initiated through the respective app store, as Elimusoko cannot process these directly.
