If you’ve purchased or enrolled in a course on Elimusoko but can’t find it, follow these steps to locate it and resolve any issues:
1. Check Your Account and Login Status
- Ensure you’re logged in to the correct Elimusoko account—sometimes courses are associated with a different account or email address.
- If you have multiple accounts, log in with each one to check for the course.
2. Refresh Your Dashboard
- Log out of your Elimusoko account and log back in.
- Refresh your browser or app to ensure the latest data is loaded.
- Go to My Courses to see if your missing course appears.
3. Verify Payment and Enrollment
- Payment Confirmation: Check your email for a payment confirmation or receipt for the course purchase. If you didn’t receive it, your payment may not have processed correctly.
- Enrollment Confirmation: If you enrolled in a free or paid course, you should have received an enrollment confirmation email.
4. Restore Your Purchases (Mobile App Users)
If you made a purchase on the mobile app and can’t find your course:
- Open the Elimusoko mobile app.
- Navigate to Settings and select Restore Purchases to sync your account.
