Downloading Courses

Elimusoko offers the ability to download certain courses for offline viewing, making learning more accessible wherever you go. Follow the steps below to download your courses:

1. Check Download Availability

Not all courses are available for download, as it depends on the instructor’s settings. Look for the download option in the course description or course player. If it’s available, you’ll see a Download button beside the video or content.

2. How to Download a Course (Web Version)

1. Log in to your Elimusoko account on your computer.
2. Navigate to My Courses and select the course you want to download.
3. Find the video or lesson you’d like to download.
4. Click the Download button next to the video or content.
5. The file will automatically begin downloading to your device.

3. How to Download a Course (Mobile App Version)

1. Open the Elimusoko app on your mobile device and log in.
2. Go to My Courses and choose the course you wish to download.
3. Tap on the lesson or video you want to download.
4. Tap the Download icon (usually an arrow pointing down).
5. The course will begin downloading to your mobile device for offline viewing.

4. Managing Your Downloads

• Viewing Offline: Once your course is downloaded, you can view it at any time without an internet connection.
• Storage Space: Make sure you have enough storage on your device before downloading large courses.
• Deleting Downloads: To free up space, you can delete downloaded videos directly from your device through the app or browser.

5. Troubleshooting Downloads

If you’re having trouble downloading your course, try the following:

• Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• Storage Space: Verify you have enough space on your device for the course.
• Update the App: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Elimusoko mobile app for optimal performance.
• Clear Cache (Mobile): On your mobile app, clear the cache through settings to resolve any app glitches.
