Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You must request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
- No Progress: You haven’t started or completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Issue with the Course: The course is defective or doesn’t match its description.

- Go to My Courses and locate the course you wish to refund.
- Click on the “Request Refund” button next to the course.
- Fill out the refund request form, providing details on why you are requesting the refund.
- Submit your request.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is submitted:
- Response Time: You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days.
- Refund Completion: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
4. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Exceeding the 7-day refund window.
